Refund Policy

The full report is a one-time digital purchase. Our goodwill policy allows a request for a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment. This policy does not replace or restrict any statutory rights.

Eligible requests

Duplicate charges and payments that did not unlock the purchased report receive priority review. You may also request a goodwill refund within 7 calendar days of payment. We do not offer partial refunds for this single digital product.

Requests after delivery

At checkout you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this may affect applicable cancellation rights. We nevertheless apply the 7-day goodwill window above. Statutory rights are not affected.

How to request help

Email [email protected] with the PayPal transaction or order ID, approximate purchase time and result identifier. Do not send card details. We aim to review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are full refunds to the original PayPal payment method; PayPal or bank processing time may vary. Full-report access is revoked after a full refund.
