Privacy Policy

PalmRead Online processes palm photos to provide an entertainment reading. This policy explains the current product behavior.

Information we process

We process the palm photo you upload, your hand selection, a random access token, reading status, payment status, and limited technical logs needed to operate and protect the service. We do not require an account for this version.

How your photo is used

The server validates the image, removes embedded metadata, resizes it, stores it outside the public asset directory, and sends the cleaned copy to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in China (Beijing) for analysis by Qwen. The provider processes the image under its own service terms and data controls.

Retention

The uploaded photo is deleted from this server after 24 hours. The generated report remains available through its private access token for 30 days, then it is deleted. Privacy-limited product events are retained for up to 90 days. Payment and minimal accounting records may be retained as required for fraud prevention, tax and legal obligations.

Processors

Alibaba Cloud Model Studio processes image and text inputs in its China (Beijing) service. PayPal processes checkout, payer and payment information under its own privacy terms. This server records only the PayPal identifiers and payment state needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and accounting; it does not receive your full card number. Privacy-limited product events are stored in SQLite. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate visit statistics without using analytics cookies. Google Analytics is loaded only when the operator configures a dedicated stream and the regional consent rule permits it. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. Umami analytics is loaded only when the operator configures it.

Operator and international processing

PalmRead Online is operated by 深圳织流科技有限公司, 中国广东省深圳市福田区园岭街道华林社区八卦三路八卦岭工业区523栋2层266M. Depending on where you use the service, necessary information may be processed in China and by PayPal entities or infrastructure in other countries. Provider safeguards and legal terms apply to those transfers.

Your choices

Do not upload a photo unless you own it or have permission to use it. You may stop before submission. Visitors in consent-restricted regions may continue without analytics. For deletion or privacy questions, contact [email protected].
